Edward Bawden

Edward Bawden R.A., C.B.E. was one of the most significant graphic designers of the 20th Century. He was a watercolourist, printmaker, muralist, commercial artist, designer, illustrator and teacher. He trained at the Royal College of Art and went on to have a distinguished career as a war artist. Bawden's commercial design work spanned over 60 years and this versatile artist remains the acknowledged master of the linocut. These cards are 140mm x 170mm, they are packed with a buff coloured envelope in a biodegradable cello sleeve.
